Job summary

A leading venue management company in Scotland is seeking a Site Supervisor to ensure operational excellence during evening hours at a public venue in Glasgow. The role involves managing security operations, liaising with tenants, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have a valid SIA licence and experience in facilities support. This full-time position includes a salary of around £32,000, working Thursday to Saturday from 4pm to 1am.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or facilities support in a public-facing environment.
• Experience managing or overseeing security operations.
• Flexible approach to working evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the site during evening hours.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and ensure compliance with site standards.
• Oversee small tenant-led events and ensure safe and professional execution.
