Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in European road freight.
• Understanding of transport regulations and cross-border processes.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and Incoterms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage European road freight shipments from booking to delivery.
• Coordinate groupage, LTL, and FTL movements.
• Prepare transport documentation including CMRs and customs paperwork.
• Liaise with hauliers, agents and clients for smooth operations.
• Negotiate with carriers and provide quotations.
• Track and monitor loads, resolving service issues.
• Maintain records within the TMS and ensure compliance.
