The successful candidate will be responsible for route planning, monitor transport compliance, prepare customs documentation, and negotiate transport rates. Qualifications

• Experience within EU road freight, transport operations or freight forwarding.
• Strong route planning and trailer management knowledge.
• Good understanding of driver compliance and transport regulations.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EU and UK road freight movements for groupage and full trailer loads.
• Plan routes and manage trailers, drivers and resources.
• Monitor driver hours and transport compliance.
• Prepare customs documentation for EU import and export movements.
• Quote and negotiate transport rates with customers and suppliers.
