JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Estimator / Project Estimator.

As an Estimator / Project Estimator, you will work primarily from the office, preparing quotations, supporting design activities and managing client communication. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical detail and delivering high standards of service.

This is a great opportunity to combine estimating expertise with customer engagement, supported by training and development opportunities within lightning protection and earthing projects.

DUTIES

• Quotation Preparation: Produce accurate cost estimates and project quotations
• Design Support: Assist in design work for lightning protection and earthing projects
• Client Communication: Liaise with customers by phone, email and meetings
• Occasional Site Visits: Carry out site surveys or attend meetings when required, with a pool car provided
• Sales Activity: Support business development through excellent service
• Negotiation Skills: Discuss terms, conditions and specifications with clients
• Target Achievement: Work towards agreed financial and business goals
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of tenders and proposals

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in lightning protection, earthing or related electrical systems
