Job Title: Estimator – Natural Stone Products

Location: Leeds

Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonuses

Responsibilities

• Estimator dealing with a high‑end quality manufactured range of natural stone block, brick and masonry products.
• Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements.
• Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required.
• Using tools such as Excel and CAD.
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive prices.
• Producing formal quotations to clients.
• Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database.
• Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met.
• Working on projects between £10k - £2M.

Qualifications

• Must have estimating experience within the construction sector.
• Ideally have experience within the building product sectors.
• Ideally have CAD experience.
• IT Literate (Particularly Excel).
