Overview

Our client, a respected and growing company within the roofing and building envelope sector, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for roofing projects
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
• Ensuring all estimates are delivered on time and in line with company standards
• Supporting the commercial team with value engineering and project planning

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the roofing industry
• Strong understanding of flat and pitched roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
