Join Our Team as an Estimator! 🌟

Based in Oldbury

£12.82 - £13.84 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm

What You'll Do:

As an Estimator, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring accurate and timely cost assessments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing blueprints and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates 📝
  • Collaborating with engineers and project managers to gather necessary information
  • Evaluating project risks and providing viable solutions
  • Maintaining and updating cost databases for future reference
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders 📊
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in estimating within the manufacturing sector
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 🔍
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, estimating software)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
