Location: North West (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 DOE

Overview

Our client is a well-established specialist contractor operating within the façade and building envelope sector. With a strong and growing project pipeline across the UK, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team in the North West, supporting tenders from initial enquiry through to submission.

This role offers a mix of office-based and remote working and would suit an estimator looking to develop within a specialist subcontractor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate cost estimates for façade and envelope packages
• Reviewing tender documentation, drawings, and specifications
• Taking off quantities and building up detailed cost plans
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes
• Assisting with value engineering and alternative solutions
• Working closely with commercial, design, and project delivery teams
• Preparing tender submissions and supporting clarifications
• Maintaining up-to-date pricing databases and cost information
