Estimator - Main Contractor (Data Centres & Large Steel Frame Builds)

Luton, £75,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus Incentives

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing main contracting team in Luton. Specialising in data centres and large steel-framed industrial builds, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a business delivering complex, high-value projects across the UK.

The Role

As an Estimator, you will:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for large-scale schemes
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project details
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
• Work closely with the pre-construction and project teams to deliver successful bids
• Contribute to business growth by securing key contracts in the data centre and industrial sectors

About You

Proven experience as an Estimator with a main contractor, background in data centres, steel-framed buildings, or large industrial projects preferred, strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines, and a proactive, commercially focused approach.
