Estimator (Civil Engineering)

Are you an experienced Estimator with a strong background in civil engineering, groundworks, and earthworks? Do you want to be part of a leading Civil Engineering contractor experiencing significant growth year on year?

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our team based in Birmingham. Specialising in civil engineering projects across healthcare, mixed‑use developments, residential, and commercial sectors, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence and innovation in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for a variety of civil engineering and groundwork projects.
• Assess project plans, specifications, and documents to ensure accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop competitive bids and proposals.
• Maintain and improve cost databases and estimation tools.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather information for accurate costings.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to support decision‑making during the tendering process.

Requirements
