We are seeking a talented Estimating Manager on behalf of our client to lead their growing estimating team within London. As a key member of the Pre-Construction function, you will manage six estimators and oversee all tendering activity for a variety of public sector projects, including education, healthcare, and local authority schemes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of six estimators
  • Oversee end-to-end tender preparation, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
  • Review tender documents and identify risks, opportunities, and key deliverables
  • Manage tender adjudication and present submissions to senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
  • Maintain estimating standards, cost databases, and compliance with governance
  • Contribute to tender strategy, pipeline planning, and framework opportunities
Requirements
