Job summary

A leading healthcare consultancy is supporting an NHS organisation in Yorkshire to appoint an Estates Team Leader/Maintenance Supervisor. This temporary to permanent position offers an interim rate of £24 per hour and a permanent salary range of £38,682 - £46,580. The role includes direct supervision of staff and contractors, requiring substantial supervisory experience and knowledge in engineering installations. Candidates must be IT literate and hold or be willing to obtain Asbestos Awareness certification.

Qualifications

• Must have substantial supervisory experience or willingness to undertake training.
• Knowledge of engineering installation procedures and working practices required.
• Must be IT literate and willing to embrace new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations.
• Participate in the management of planned maintenance schemes.
• Ensure alignment with departmental KPI using CAFM software.
