A healthcare provider in Greater Manchester is seeking an Estates Services Operational Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with NHS standards across various facilities. The role involves conducting inspections, managing compliance documentation, and supporting maintenance activities. Candidates should possess electrical or mechanical experience and a solid understanding of health and safety regulations. The Estates Services Operational Compliance Officer shall work as part of the in-house estates compliance team who are responsible for the delivery and monitoring of key in-house compliance activities, including fire safety, water hygiene, electrical and mechanical systems, and statutory testing across all premises.
The postholder shall carry out key compliance and planned preventative maintenance tasks to support the delivery of a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment across Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust (PCFT)'s sites in line with NHS standards, statutory regulations and internal policies.
