A leading commercial real estate firm is seeking an experienced Estates Manager to manage daily operational activities at Silverstone Technology Park. You will be responsible for overseeing the estate's safety and compliance, ensuring high standards of customer service, and managing budgets effectively. With a degree or equivalent and facilities management experience, you will lead a small team and enhance occupier engagement. Manage the day to day operational activities in line with all health and safety, environmental and company procedures, legislative requirements, budgetary costs and client/tenant requirements in line with the required customer service criteria and key performance indicators.
The Estates Manager will lead day-to-day operational delivery across Silverstone Technology Park, a large and fast-growing science, technology, and engineering campus. The role oversees a 285-acre estate comprising 90+ occupiers, including offices, laboratories, R&D facilities, and complex M&E infrastructure. Leading a site team of three, the Estates Manager ensures the estate is safe, compliant, well-maintained, and aligned to client expectations.
Key priorities include statutory compliance, contractor management, service charge performance, and high-quality occupier engagement. The role also supports ESG delivery, lifecycle planning, and the continuous improvement of estate standards. This is a multi-site position, and the geographical area may flex in line with client and business requirements.
