• Experience managing across Mechanical Engineering and Water Safety systems.
• Proven experience in successfully managing financial budgets
• Authorised Person" for water safety, Ventilation systems, pressure systems Medial Gas

Knowledge

Essential criteria

• Sound knowledge of all estate maintenance services and at least one specialised area.
• Sound knowledge of estate maintenance related statutory, legislative and guidance.

• Knowledge and Understanding of NHS HTM's & HBN's.
