Qualifications

  • Proven experience in site or facilities management.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working to deadlines.
  • Experience managing or supervising a team.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships and contractor relationships.
  • Experience overseeing building refurbishments and/or building projects.
  • Good knowledge of facilities management and a solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the site team to ensure effective deployment of resources.
  • Manage planning and execution of building-related projects.
  • Oversee contracts and manage relationships with security and cleaning services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Deputise for the Vice Principal regarding Estates matters.
