A community-focused organization in Coventry is seeking an Estates Compliance & Sustainability Officer. The role entails developing compliance management systems and implementing sustainability initiatives. Location: Coventry, with travel around Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire as required.
Salary: Circa £30,000
Hours: 30 – 37 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Flexible between the hours 8.30am – 5.00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an approachable, flexible, enthusiastic and committed person who is able to support and assist with compliance and sustainability across a large portfolio of residential and community estates. You will be a vital member of the team and be able to work productively using your own initiative. You will be required to have a professional approach to your working environment with the ability and awareness to maintain confidentiality at all times.
You should have experience of working in a busy environment, utilising data and systems to evidence compliance. You will have excellent keyboard skills and proficiency in using the full range of Microsoft Office packages. A good standard of education and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as is experience of property compliance, environmental issues and quality standards.
This is a busy and challenging position, and the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines and deal with competing priorities.
