Job summary

A healthcare provider in Southampton is recruiting for an Estates Compliance Administrator to join their team. Qualifications

  • Knowledge of maintaining filing systems and collating information.
  • Experience of working in a constantly changing environment without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to the Estates and Facilities safety group.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and safety meetings.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, ensuring all documentation is distributed.
