We are seeking an experienced and proactive Estates Capital Projects Lead to take a central role in shaping and delivering our Trust-wide Estates Development Strategy. As a key member of our Central Team, you will lead the planning and delivery of major capital projects across our 16 schools. Your work will combine educational vision with sustainability, compliance, and strategic asset management—ensuring that every school has the facilities it needs to support excellence for all learners.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled estates professional with a passion for strategic planning, capital project delivery, and making a lasting impact in education.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Have a degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, or substantial relevant managerial experience leading capital and estates projects, ideally in education or the public sector
  • Understand SCA funding, budget management, and procurement regulations
  • Be confident managing multiple stakeholders and external contractors
  • Have strong knowledge of health & safety statutory compliance, including public sector procurement frameworks and building regulations
  • Be financially astute with strong commercial judgement in complex settings
  • Think strategically, work independently, and communicate clearly at all levels
