Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date property and fleet asset database.
Managing leases, including renewals, extensions, acquisitions, and disposals.
Coordinating property-related activities such as condition surveys, valuations, and statutory reporting.
Ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory requirements across the estate.
Supporting strategic planning for asset use and condition-related capital works.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be an experienced estates or asset management professional with strong knowledge of property leases, acquisitions, and compliance.
