• IOSH Managing Safely or similar Health & Safety qualification (required).
• Experience in facilities or operational management is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
• Adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading site-based teams for service delivery.
• Implement policies for consistent service and compliance.
• Support budget monitoring and financial target achievement.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering collaboration.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and handle queries.
• Mobilise new sites ensuring SOPs and compliance are maintained.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare monthly reports on service performance and compliance.
• Act as point of escalation for operational issues.
