A leading media company is seeking an Estate Manager to oversee landlord relationships and support construction projects in the UK. You will manage contracts, ensure timely delivery, and foster relationships. Ideal candidates possess strong negotiation skills and customer management experience. This position includes a company vehicle or car allowance, performance bonuses, and a generous benefits package including a company pension and healthcare scheme. Flexibility and a collaborative approach are essential.
Bauer Media Outdoor is one of the leading Out of Home media owners, committed to Creating the Future of Media, Out of Home, with more than 33,000 advertising sites in our portfolio. Our talented team of over 650 people work in 14 locations across the country, creating and delivering some of the most memorable advertising campaigns in the UK.
As the Estate Manager you will build and maintain excellent relationships with all landlords (private or local authority across multiple formats) to ensure delivery of agreed contractual requirements and company priorities. You will know and understand your customer's needs and requirements, and you will collaboratively ‘own' the relationship with them, including the processing of new orders and communicating their delivery.
You will also support and collaborate with the Construction Management team to ensure builds are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget. This includes overseeing site surveys, tracking progress, monitoring contractor performance and maintaining accurate site and project data. You will help ensure that construction delivery aligns with contract terms and operational SLAs, escalating any risks or issues where necessary.
Working alongside the Portfolio Partnership Manager you will create a strong team, enlisting support from the appropriate Operations & Construction Managers where needed. The role will cover 30 contracts in a geographical area in Scotland and the Northeast of England including but not limited to Aberdeen, Glasgow, Newcastle, and Sunderland and can based at our Cumbernauld or Gateshead office. Please note there is travel involved in this role as and when needed.
At Bauer Media Outdoor, we are committed to treating everyone with fairness and respect, regardless of their race, gender, age, ethnicity, background, sexual orientation, disability, or any other differences. We work hard to foster an inclusive environment, a place you can be yourself. We support reasonable adjustment requests from candidates and employees. If you're interested in joining us to shape the future of out-of-home media, we'd love to hear from you.
