A leading out‑of‑home media owner is seeking an Estate Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure timely project delivery across multiple contracts. The role involves managing construction processes, maintaining project data, and supporting the Construction Management team. Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach, alongside a full UK driving license. Various benefits include a salary up to £36,000, company vehicle, and flexible working arrangements.
As the Estate Manager you will build and maintain excellent relationships with all landlords (private or local authority across multiple formats) to ensure delivery of agreed contractual requirements and company priorities. You will know and understand your customer's needs and requirements, and you will collaboratively "own" the relationship with them, including the processing of new orders and communicating their delivery. You will also support and collaborate with the Construction Management team to ensure builds are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget. This includes overseeing site surveys, tracking progress, monitoring contractor performance and maintaining accurate site and project data. You will help ensure that construction delivery aligns with contract terms and operational SLAs, escalating any risks or issues where necessary. Working alongside the Portfolio Partnership Manager you will create a strong team, enlisting support from the appropriate Operations & Construction Managers where needed. This role will cover 30 contracts across Scotland and the Northeast of England including Aberdeen, Glasgow, Newcastle and Sunderland. You may be based at our Cumbernauld or Gateshead office. Please note there is travel involved in this role as and when needed.
