ESTATE MANAGER

Your Responsibilities
- Leadandoverseetheoperationalmanagementoftheestate,ensuringthebuildingsandcourtyardaremaintainedtothehigheststandards.
- Developstrong,proactiverelationshipswithadiversemixofoccupiers,actingastheirfirstpointofcontact.
- Coordinateallplannedandreactivemaintenance,managingcontractorsandservicepartnerstodeliverqualityandvalue.
- Monitorbudgets,producereports,andensureefficientcontrolofexpenditure.
- EnsurefullcompliancewithHealth&Safetylegislation,carryingoutregularaudits,inspections,andriskassessments.
- Supportthedeliveryofestateimprovementprojectsandcontributetolong-termassetplanning.
- Maintainaccuratedocumentation,logs,permits,andcompliancerecords.
- Championapositive,community-focusedcultureacrosstheestate.
About You…
- Property/Facilities Management experience:Experiencemanagingmulti-occupiedbuildingsormixed-useestates,ideallywithahands-onapproachandconfidenceoverseeingbothfront-of-houseandtechnicaloperations.
- FinancialManagement/Budgeting:Abilitytoprepare,manage,andreportonbudgets,controlcosts,reviewinvoices,andensurevalueformoneyacrossservices.
- Health&Safetyqualification–IOSHManagingSafely:Strongunderstandingofstatutorycompliance,riskassessments,safesystemsofwork,andbestpracticeinestatesafetymanagement.
- Managerialskills:Abletoleadcontractors,coordinateteams,prioritiseworkloads,andmakesounddecisionsindependently.
- TenderingandContractorManagement:Experiencewritingscopes,procuringservices,reviewingtenders,negotiatingterms,andmanagingsupplierperformancetoagreedKPIs.
- BasicITSkills:Confidentusingemail,spreadsheets,workordersystems,digitalreportingtools,andbasicpropertymanagementsoftware.

- Fabric/Long-TermCosting:Knowledgeofbuildingfabric,assetlifecycleplanning,andtheabilitytosupportlong-termmaintenancestrategies.
