Job Summary

Estate Caretakers required to work with Worcester based award winning Housing Association's Maintenance team.

I am looking for an experienced and professional estate caretaker on a temporary contract to carry out property and estate maintenance. Work will include communal area cleaning, clearing, gardening, leaf clearances, litter picking, graffiti removal and minor general building maintenance, carried out on sheltered accommodation, retirement schemes, villages and accommodation blocks.

Key Responsibilities

Provide complementary maintenance services across multiple sites, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well maintained. Tasks include cleaning, clearing, gardening, leaf clearances, litter picking, graffiti removal and minor building maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in caretaking, gardening, cleaning, labouring or similar role
• UK Driving License
• Good IT skills as you will be using an iPad to access a portal to log all required repairs and completion of health and safety checks
• Positive and can do attitude

Location & Hours

Worcester and wider locations. Full‑time role Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 7.30am – 16.00pm.

Contract & Pay

Temporary role for around a month. Pay rate: £14.50 - £15 per hour, weekly paid.
