In this FULLY EMPLOYED position our Partners are given the flexibility of a SELF-EMPLOYED model with full responsibility for becoming the best Estate Agent in their local area. They provide an end-to-end service for their customers from Valuation to Completion of Sale. Support: This is Not A Self Employed Position, which means we can provide our Partners with endless support to grow a successful business. This will include from our learning and development team to help you and your business grow, support from a Local Property Centre, the very best Technology and Industry Leading Marketing to help raise your brand awareness locally.
This is a home-based role with the security and benefits of an employed status allowing Partners to manage their own diary offering customers support at the time that suits them.
