Overview

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister

• 6 month salary guarantee of GBP35,000.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
• Every other Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm with a full day off in the week.

Responsibilities

• From day one you will focus wholly on the selling process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income. The rewards structure caters for personal as well as team effort and aims to balance team spirit with personal success.
• The ideal candidate should develop in-depth knowledge of the applicant base, match buyers with sellers, and consider buyers with prospective proposals even if not immediately on the market.
• Act as a consummate deal maker, leveraging the telephone as a primary selling tool to drive sales.

Compensation

• Basic salary GBP25,000. 6 month salary guarantee of GBP35,000 with on target earnings of GBP40,000. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, every other Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm with a day off in the week.
