An independent estate agency in Chertsey is looking for a Self-Employed Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 1 year experience. Qualifications

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Sales Negotiator

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic salary £23,000
• OTE £40,000+
• Tiered commission: 8% up to £100k; 10% £100k+
• £500 bonus for every £50k closed
• Monday to Friday 9:15am – 6pm, Saturday 9:15am – 5pm with day off in lieu
• 5‑day working week
