Estate Agent Floating Branch Manager

• Are you a Branch Manager wanting more or are you a high performing Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager or strong Lister wanting to progress with your career?
• Are you a DYNAMIC and INSPIRATIONAL leader of people?
• On target earnings on offer of £65,000. Basic salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.
• Option of a company car or a £4,000 car allowance.
• Monday to Friday 9:00 am–5:30 pm and 9:00 am–5:00 pm on Saturdays with 1 Saturday off in 3 (5‑day working week).
• Annual leave entitlement starting at 33 days and increasing with service.

You will spend circa 3 to 6 months in a Floating Branch Manager role covering various offices in East London. You will work in conjunction with and cover for existing Branch Managers in their absence while driving listings across several offices, with the aim of leading your own office once it becomes available.

From winning new business to motivating and getting the best out of your team, you will be expected to lead by example and maintain a professional approach to every aspect of the process of selling homes.

A minimum of 5 years experience in the Estate Agency industry is required, including practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop management skills and advance up the career ladder.
