Estate Agent Floating Branch Manager

About the Role: Spend 3–6 months covering various offices as a Floating Branch Manager, working with and covering for existing Branch Managers while driving listings in each location. The role offers a clear path to leading your own office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, motivating the team and driving successful sales of residential property.
• Cover for existing Branch Managers across multiple branches, ensuring continuity of service.
• Drive new listings and manage property valuations and instruction gains.
• Maintain presentation and operational standards across all offices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the estate agency industry, including practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Strong drive and ability to work independently across multiple sites.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Basic salary £30,000 plus £4,000 car allowance (or company car).
• Target earnings on offer of £60,000.
• 2 Saturdays on, one off working pattern.
