Environment, Social and Governance Enterprise Process Lead - Contract - ASAP Start - 6 months - Outside IR35 - Will Require AdHoc travel once a month - UK Based

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ESG Enterprise Process Lead to drive the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into our client's enterprise processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our client meets regulatory requirements, achieves sustainability goals, and embeds ESG considerations into operational and strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Leadership: Design, implement, and optimize enterprise‑wide ESG processes aligned with global standards and best practices.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to ESG‑related regulations, frameworks, and reporting requirements (e.g., CSRD, TCFD, ISSB).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to embed ESG principles across business units.
• Data & Reporting: Oversee ESG data collection, validation, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation to improve ESG performance and reporting efficiency.
• Change Management: Drive cultural and operational change to integrate ESG into core business processes.
