• Leading operational requirements gathering and translating them into system specifications
• Configuring and maintaining ERP / WMS settings, including warehouse rules, labelling, and handheld device integration
• Supporting system set‑up, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
• Conducting functional and user acceptance testing
• Acting as the primary liaison between operations and IT for system‑related issues

As an ERP / WMS Operations Systems Specialist, your experience will include :

Experience

• IT support within a distribution or warehouse environment, or ERP / WMS consultancy
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operational workflows
• Familiarity with ERP / WMS platforms (e.g., Acumatica, Snap Fulfil)
• Knowledge of labelling / printing systems and handheld scanning devices
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and operational teams

Desirable

• Experience with system integrations (e.g., OData, APIs)
• Knowledge of SQL for reporting and troubleshooting
• Previous involvement in ERP / WMS implementation projects
