ERP Sales Manager - UK (Hunter Role)
£105K OTE (£70K Base + £35K Commission)
Location: Within 1 hour of Manchester
Responsibilities
- Lead UK sales operations, reporting directly to the Sales Director
- Drive new business and revenue generation, with a target of £1.5M annually (£300K-£350K gross profit)
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Account Managers, and BDMs while maintaining a leadership position
- Sell ERP solutions into manufacturing and logistics sectors, including warehousing, welding, grinding, distribution and heavy machinery
- Represent a portfolio of leading ERP platforms including IFS, Infor, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite
Qualifications
- Proven success in ERP sales, particularly within manufacturing and industrial verticals
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients
- Familiarity with major ERP platforms and their value propositions
- Based within one hour of Birmingham or Manchester
