Job Description

We are currently working with one of our global clients who are implementing a new ERP system and are looking to hire a hands-on Change Manager on a fixed-term basis.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead change initiatives for digital transformations, including the new ERP system.
  2. Use change methodologies to promote user adoption and reduce resistance.
  3. Create and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans to support change.
  4. Partner with project teams, leaders, and users to assess impacts and ensure smooth transitions.
  5. Perform readiness checks and build action plans to support successful rollouts.
  6. Define and track KPIs to evaluate change adoption and effectiveness.
  7. Run workshops, training, and coaching sessions for key stakeholders.
  8. Identify and manage risks related to change and adoption.
  9. Offer post-go-live support and drive continuous ERP improvement.
About you:
  • Track record of leading large-scale digital and ERP transformations.
  • Proven experience in change management and organizational development, ideally at leadership level.
  • Strong knowledge of recognized change management methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills within multinational environments.
  • Experience working across cross-functional, multicultural teams with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
