Job Description
We are currently working with one of our global clients who are implementing a new ERP system and are looking to hire a hands-on Change Manager on a fixed-term basis.
Responsibilities:
- Lead change initiatives for digital transformations, including the new ERP system.
- Use change methodologies to promote user adoption and reduce resistance.
- Create and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans to support change.
- Partner with project teams, leaders, and users to assess impacts and ensure smooth transitions.
- Perform readiness checks and build action plans to support successful rollouts.
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate change adoption and effectiveness.
- Run workshops, training, and coaching sessions for key stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks related to change and adoption.
- Offer post-go-live support and drive continuous ERP improvement.
About you:
- Track record of leading large-scale digital and ERP transformations.
- Proven experience in change management and organizational development, ideally at leadership level.
- Strong knowledge of recognized change management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills within multinational environments.
- Experience working across cross-functional, multicultural teams with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role offers full remote capability with occasional travel and a very competitive salary package on a fixed-term contract.
