Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 + Commission

Location: Remote (UK)

Travel: Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham

Chapman Tate Associates is partnering with an established ERP consultancy specializing in Epicor Kinetic. They have a strong track record delivering solutions across manufacturing, distribution, and engineering sectors and are entering a new phase of strategic growth. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target sectors
  • Promote and sell ERP consultancy services, particularly Epicor Kinetic solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape client proposals
  • Represent the consultancy at industry events, webinars, and client meetings
Location & Travel

This is a remote-first role, but preference will be given to candidates who can travel to Leeds, Manchester, or Birmingham for client engagements and internal meetings.
