We are working with a leading global insurance group undergoing significant growth and strategic transformation. As part of this expansion, our client is seeking a senior Equity Incentives Lawyer to join their high-performing Corporate Legal team. This newly created position will play a central role in shaping the legal framework for global employee equity participation and supporting the business through a period of dynamic change.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Group Head of Corporate Legal, this role will lead on all legal matters relating to equity incentives—spanning design, implementation, governance, and international harmonisation of share schemes. The position will play a vital part in preparing the organisation for potential future listing activity, while helping to create a consistent, compliant, and scalable equity framework across multiple jurisdictions.
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to work at the intersection of law, strategy, and reward within a global, employee-owned business. The role will be based in London with flexible hybrid working.
