Job summary

A leading consulting firm in London is seeking an EPM Consultant - Assistant Manager to take ownership of deliverables and manage small workstreams in client engagements. The ideal candidate should have EPM consulting experience and be proficient in financial processes, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

  • Previous EPM Consulting experience using Onestream, Oracle, Anaplan, SAP, or Workday.
  • Experience of EPM development work in major complex transformation programmes/projects.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership for deliverables and / or manage small workstreams in client engagements, business development and practice development initiative.
  • Be responsible for producing high quality outputs, on time to meet/exceed client expectations.
  • Demonstrate application knowledge of EPM technology and use of best practice principles when executing development tasks.
  • Monitor and support team junior members and accelerate their development with a particular emphasis on coaching and skills transfer
What you will need to do it
  • Previous EPM Consulting experience using any of Onestream, Oracle, Anaplan, SAP or Workday
  • Experience of EPM development work in the context of major and complex transformation programmes/projects
  • Experience of Finance use cases (including Income Statement forecasting, cost allocations and workforce-cost planning) and the accompanying reporting packages
  • Good knowledge of financial processes, including Integrated Business Planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
  • Good understanding of issues and challenges facing Finance functions, Finance business partnering and trends in Finance
  • Good communicator with the ability to build strong and lasting internal and client relationships with senior stakeholders.
Skills we\'d love to see / Amazing Extras
  • EPM Certified and strong knowledge of the platform\'s functionalities
  • Previous Management Consulting experience
  • A background in Finance, Tax or Financial Audit
