Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience conducting HHSRS assessments and housing condition inspections.
• Confidence preparing and serving statutory notices and managing enforcement casework.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections of privately rented properties under the HHSRS.
• Investigate complaints relating to poor housing conditions.
• Prepare and serve enforcement notices when required.
