Job Description:

This is a unique and challenging opportunity to take on multi-site responsibility across an expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing business that is looking to strengthen its approach to Health and Safety management. Over the past two years, the company has successfully increased manufacturing and headcount, with Health and Safety remaining a key focus.

While this role is multi-site, it requires a hands-on approach to all aspects of Health and Safety, not just oversight.

The ideal candidate will have experience in radiation and/or radioactivity, including creating consistent procedures and supporting local site challenges to maintain compliance.

The HSE Manager will also be responsible for developing new documentation and processes as the company expands its facilities.

The position is remote, with travel expected to each site approximately once a month. Flexibility to travel within the UK is essential. A car or car allowance is included in the benefits package.

Initially, there will be a requirement to spend 3 days on-site at a South-East facility in Surrey within the first 6 months to address immediate challenges.
