Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing technical presales, solutions consulting, or technical account management role, ideally in payments, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience working with payment gateways, eCommerce platforms, and/or retail POS integrations is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Engaged with prospective clients throughout the sales process: understands the client’s business model and objectives.
• Document solutions to be used for future reference: Technical and non-technical business process and user flows.
• Creates client facing demo applications and contributes relevant content to the developer centre.
