You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to shape strategic opportunities and showcase how our Decision Intelligence solutions deliver real impact. What You’ll Do

• Partner with Sales to design and present winning technical solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, demos, and proof‑of‑concept projects.
• Translate complex technology into clear business outcomes for government and defence clients.
• Represent the company at key industry events and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that drive long‑term value.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solution Engineering, Presales, Technical Sales, or Value Consulting.
• Technical or domain expertise in areas like data analytics, decision intelligence, or financial crime prevention.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise software solutions within UK policing, defence, or intelligence sectors.
• Knowledge of government or public security environments (Home Office, NCA, MoD, etc.).
• Knowledge of public sector challenges such as tax evasion, border risk, or fraud detection.
• Hands‑on experience with demos, workshops, or PoCs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills – confident engaging audiences from technical teams to executives.

Nice to Have

• Expertise in data‑driven or analytical solutions (e.g., Graph, MDM, Advanced Analytics).
• Familiarity with cloud, distributed, or containerised tech (e.g., Spark, Databricks, Kubernetes, Elastic).
• Experience in areas like Risk, AML, KYC, or Financial Crime.
• A track record of mentoring or driving team best practices.
