A local government organization in the United Kingdom is seeking an Ensembles Coordinator to support the Brent Music Service. This part-time role requires strong organizational skills, customer service proficiency, and the ability to coordinate events and manage communications. The position involves overseeing social media, handling public relations, and providing efficient day-to-day support to various musical ensembles. Salary range: £40,182 - £42,060 pro rata, p.a. inc. London weighting
Contract: Permanent (Part Time)
Hours of work: 21.6 hours per week
Location: Civic centre and other locations from time to time

The person must be highly organised, be able to manage their workload and maintain attention to detail, plus planning and coordinating events. To be inclusive with programming of concerts and working closely with the Head of Service on large scale events throughout the year, manage public relations for promotional activities.
The person is responsible for managing and updating the Brent Music Service website, overseeing and promoting Brent Music Service social media presence, and coordinating and publishing regular BMS Bulletin. They will also review and publish enrolment forms.
