Overview

Are you an engaging, hardworking, and adaptable English Teacher seeking a role in September? Tradewind Recruitment have an exciting opportunity at a secondary school located just outside of Scunthorpe teaching KS3 - KS5 English.

Contract details

The position is long-term, full-time and expected to last until at least Christmas 2025. The role will involve planning and creating resources for pupils. It will be paid to scale and will therefore be from £168.80 - £232.56.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create resources for pupils.
• Deliver engaging English lessons to KS3–KS5, supporting pupil learning and progression.
• Support achievement standards and motivate pupils to reach their full potential.
• Demonstrate commitment to the school ethos and vision.
• Maintain professional standards across all areas of work.

Qualifications

• A specialism in English and QTS.
• Experience working in a secondary school.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
• Satisfactory references.
• Right to work in the UK.
