Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Shift: Monday to Friday Days
Location: Holme-on-Spalding-Moor, East Yorkshire

Are you a motivated Engineering Team Leader? Or an Engineering Supervisor looking for the next step in your career? Do you have a strong multi‑skilled engineering background and experience in a fast‑paced FMCG environment? If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a hands‑on Engineering Team Leader to lead a dynamic engineering team within a high‑speed FMCG processing and packaging environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment, driving continuous improvement, and leading a team of engineers to deliver world‑class performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate the engineering team while remaining hands on.
• Ensure the reliability and efficiency of production equipment through proactive maintenance strategies.
• Strong hands‑on maintenance – strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Manage engineering projects, budgets, and health & safety compliance.
• Demonstrate a proven technical background.
