Overview

Engineering Teacher - Secondary School (North Liverpool) – Via Teaching Personnel. Position: Engineering Teacher. Location: North Liverpool. Contract: Full-time (long-term, with potential to become permanent). Start date: ASAP. Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.

Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school in North Liverpool. The school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Engineering Teacher with a strong background in Design Technology and Engineering to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality lessons in Engineering and Design Technology to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
  • Inspire and engage students in practical and theoretical aspects of the subject.
  • Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student achievement.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and support pupils in their academic and personal development.
Qualifications
  • Holds QTS/QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Has experience teaching Design Technology and Engineering in a secondary school setting.
  • Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for STEM education.
