We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor/Foreman to join our team someone with hands-on expertise and a natural ability to lead by example on the shop floor.
On offer is an interesting & varied role where you will be overseeing a small team plus working on a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support daily operations within the workshop
Supervision of the factory facility & improving performance
Liaising with the office staff to ensure all components are ready on time
Reporting any issues to management
Uphold a safe, clean and compliant working environment
Visual inspection of parts to ensure quality standards are met
The Person:
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Strong attention to detail & accuracy with ability to work under pressure
Ability to develop and manage teams within a fast-paced workshop environment
Must come from an engineering background & be able to understand engineering drawings
Able maintain a safe working environment for other employees
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am to 4.30pm, Friday 8am to 1.30pm

Attendance & Production bonus after successful completion of trial period
