Qualifications

  • Must be fully qualified in an engineering discipline, ideally from a full apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure services are delivered according to contractual key performance indicators.
  • Complete internal & client audits effectively.
  • Maintain building compliance with all applicable regulations.

Skills

Qualified in engineering discipline (electrical/mechanical)
Experience as a Technical or Engineering Services Manager (5+ years)
