A consultancy specializing in business transformation is seeking an Engineering & QA Manager for a contract role in London. This hybrid position will involve leading Engineering and QA teams to enhance technical delivery and implement Automation QA practices. The ideal candidate has experience in complex digital environments and a strong background in cloud engineering, particularly within the Microsoft stack. This role offers a competitive day rate and is expected to last 6 months, starting in February.

Qualifications

• Lead and support Engineering, Tech Leads, and Automation QAs across three squads.
• Work with the client to embed and mature Automation QA practices.
• Support recruitment and contribute to planning and onboarding.
