A leading food manufacturing company is seeking an Engineering Programme Manager to oversee engineering projects across multiple sites in Boston, Spalding, and Wisbech. The role involves managing budgets, leading project teams, and ensuring effective project delivery. Ideal candidates will have experience in complex engineering projects and a solid understanding of relevant technologies in an FMCG environment. Our vast direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 17 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 10,400 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.
We are currently looking for anEngineering Programme Managerwho will be responsible for leading engineering projects across our Boston, Spalding and Wisbech sites.
Our Boston and Spalding sites produce ready to eat and bulk salad products and our Wisbech site is responsible for manufacturing premium chilled ready to cook meals.
As the Engineering Programme Manager, you will have two Engineering Project Managers reporting directly to you, responsible for delivery on-site and you will be managing the budget across all three sites, overseeing 40+ projects of varying sizes.
