Engineering Manager / R&D Lead

Commutable from Exeter, Okehampton, Crediton, Tiverton, Honiton, Tavistock, Launceston, and surrounding areas

The Role

• Leading a team of 11 engineers
• Managing R&D functions in the business (including product development, continuous improvement, project engineering)
• Developing bigger picture plans for future growth of the team and business
• Highly autonomous role focused on getting the most out of the team and driving future plans for growth within the division
• The role would suit a leader or manager from a technical background (e.g., Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Science or similar) looking to plan and execute the continued development of the R&D division

Responsibilities

• Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours

The Candidate

• Experience as a Leader, Manager, or Lead Engineer
• Full UK Driver's license
